Cover Teacher - Milnrow (November Start) Location: Milnrow, Greater Manchester Start Date: November 2025 Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for extension) Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: From £140 per day Position Type: Full-time The Role Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Teacher to support secondary‑aged students across a range of subjects in schools based in Milnrow and surrounding areas. Whether you are seeking a long‑term position, a short‑term placement, or day‑to‑day cover work, we would love to hear from you. Contract Details Location: Milnrow, Greater Manchester Position: Cover Teacher (Secondary) Type of Work: General classroom cover across subjects Start Date: November 2025 Duration: Until the end of the academic year (with potential for extension) Contract Type: Temporary Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: Minimum £90 per day Experience, Training and Qualifications Previous experience working with children and young people A university degree (required) Up‑to‑date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (can be provided by Prospero) Eligibility Requirements Hold Right to Work in the UK Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) Provide two professional child‑related references covering the last two years Additional Information If you would like to be considered for this role, please send an up‑to‑date CV.
