ZAM FM is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Stewards to join our team at London Stadium. As part of our event operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all spectators and staff during a wide range of events — from Premier League football matches to concerts and large-scale public gatherings. You will represent both ZAM FM and London Stadium, providing a visible security presence, assisting with crowd management, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators, visitors, and staff. Conduct ticket checks, bag searches, and access control in accordance with venue and event policies. Manage crowd flow and ensure spectator safety before, during, and after events. Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, or first aid situations as required. Deliver clear and confident communication to guests and colleagues. Follow all company and stadium procedures, including health & safety and safeguarding standards. Support the delivery of a positive event experience through proactive engagement and problem-solving. Essential Requirements Spectator Safety Qualification – NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (minimum) Valid ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and manner Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure Flexible and reliable approach to working hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays) Desirable Attributes Previous experience in stadium, arena, or event steward roles Customer service training Team player with a proactive attitude What We Offer Opportunities for ongoing training and progression A friendly, professional team environment Regular work at one of London’s most iconic venues #J-18808-Ljbffr
