Overview We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Clinical Governance Team Lead to join our dedicated team. This is a key leadership role, supporting the Head of Clinical Governance to ensure we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care to our patients and their loved ones. Responsibilities Play a central role in supporting the delivery of our governance agenda, ensuring a focus on quality improvement, patient safety, and learning. Lead and support your team, helping them grow through coaching, training, and regular reviews. Work alongside clinical leads to make sure our services meet the highest standards and comply with national guidelines. Oversee clinical audits, patient safety reviews, and risk management processes, ensuring that learning translates into meaningful improvements. Contribute to the development of our Quality Governance Framework and support the evidence we provide to regulators like the CQC. Champion an open, fair, and inclusive culture, where staff feel empowered to raise concerns and share ideas. About you An experienced healthcare professional with knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, or patient safety. Confident in leading people, with the ability to inspire and support a small team. Skilled in analysing information and turning it into practical improvements.
