As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care that supports independence and honours choice, helping residents live a life they truly love. Key Responsibilities Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care. Observe and manage residents’ behaviour, documenting and reporting any changes as required. Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan. Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually. Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements. What We're Looking For Motivation, positivity, and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
