We're looking for an experienced game designer to join our team to design and improve game features and implement and tune a variety of game content. You'll collaborate with other team members across a range of disciplines to elevate the quality of our games. Responsibilities Design complex game features and improve existing designs. Implement and refine game content using in‑house tools. Conduct in‑depth product analysis to ensure our games are best‑in‑class. Write clear, concise documentation using a range of appropriate software. Ensure game systems are balanced using analytical methods and game telemetry. Drive quality using playtests, player feedback, QA reporting, and your own insights. You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment. We love what we do and work hard to provide outstanding experiences for our players. Qualifications Proven experience in game design, plus content or level design experience. Strong understanding of player psychology and gamer motivations. Knowledge of a variety of game design theories and methods. Excellent communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly in written form, using visual aids where appropriate. Good presentation skills and experience presenting ideas to a range of team members. Solid skills in game tuning and balancing. Experience working as part of a commercial development team. Bonus Qualifications Experience in game or tools programming. Understanding of user experience design principles.
