Team:The Clinical Nurse Specialist for Aged care services assists the dynamic hospital aged care liaison (HALT) & Residential aged care home liaison (RACHL) team at the Launceston General Hospital.Role:Supporting Older Australians and their families within the Launceston General Hospital (LGH).Supporting the Hospital Aged Care Liaison Team (HALT), Residential aged care home (RACH) Clinical Nurse Consultants and the Nursing unit Manager.Proven highly developed clinical experience in aged care.Ability to function instructively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Working with RACH residents within the LGH.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Why Tasmania:Tasmania, Australia's only island state, offers unparalleled natural beauty and a luxurious lifestyle.
