About The Role This is a Bank position. As an Activities Co‑ordinator at HC‑One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. Planning and implementing activities that delight residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, encouraging socialisation, developing new activity ideas, and engaging the care home team. Background developing activity programmes for vulnerable individuals is ideal, but we value positive energy, planning, organisational, IT skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Communication with residents and co‑workers must be considerate and kind. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do with concerns, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, seek advice and report concerns including escalation if action is not taken.
