You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SLT) to keep strategic projects on track. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating planning milestones and tracking strategic deliverables, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/ Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) reporting and governance submissions. Managing departmental calendars and organising major events such as Supplier Conferences, away days, and leadership engagements. Maintaining stakeholder maps and contact lists across suppliers, franchisees, and internal teams. Delivering clear, inclusive internal communications on deadlines, events, and departmental updates. Providing flexible support across sub-functional areas such as purchasing, sustainability, quality, and logistics. This is a high-exposure role, perfect for someone who wants to build consulting and analytical skills while contributing to projects that shape the future of McDonald’s UK & Ireland.
