Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Adapt teaching plans to meet the needs of different classes and year groups
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding
Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learningIdeal Primary School Supply Teacher:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has at least 2 years of recent, referenceable school-based experience
Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
