Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Project Delivery and Provisioning teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee the successful delivery of both internal and external projects, driving alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to give full visibility to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously refine internal processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across project delivery. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to design and implement effective solutions that meet customer requirements. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to support collaboration and ensure project success. Produce regular project reports, including progress updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments, and present insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. Lead project meetings with customers and stakeholders to communicate milestones, manage expectations, and proactively address challenges. Skills & Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, ideally within an MSP or technology-focused environment. Proven track record managing large-scale, technically complex IT projects across multiple disciplines. Strong working knowledge of structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Zoho Projects. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams. A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, remaining calm under pressure.
