QC Compliance Administrator

OverviewJoin our Quality Control Analytical team at our site in Nottingham as a QC Compliance Administrator. We are looking for a QC Compliance Administrator for the Quality Control Analytical department at Sartorius Albumedix. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the team by performing documentation checking, data trending, documentation generation and routine compliance duties in support of manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products.The QC team consists of 8 professionals. This position is full-time for a fixed term period until the middle of April 2027. The salary for the position is up to 25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. It is an onsite role in central Nottingham with the site easy to get to being a short walk from the train station and tram stop.Grow with us Responsibilities On a daily basis you will perform review and approval of testing documentation generated by the QC team for completeness, correctness and adherence with GMP / GDP. You will participate in trending of testing data generated by the QC team to assess its adherence to specifications and allow identification of trends used for investigational activities and report generation. You will assist in other routine QC compliance tasks including generation and issuing of documentation change requests, audit action completion and deviation management. All tasks are to be undertaken according to GMP regulations. What will convince us / Qualifications A level in Biology or Chemistry with a science background Previous experience in laboratory or, if you have worked previously in a fast paced environment (e.g., retail or hospitality) – would be beneficial Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation Motivation to learn Good communication and written skills The ability to follow correct procedures and quality standards Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to adapt to new situations Team player To commence working with us the successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK.
