You'll manage one onsite assistant and our outsourced Accounts Payable team, acting as the go-to contact for purchase order and payment processes across both our sites and corporate centre. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting the Accounts Payable team to deliver a smooth, well-controlled service Driving process improvements and automation to make things simpler and more efficient Building strong relationships with suppliers, sites and corporate teams to resolve queries quickly Partnering with Procurement, Treasury and IT to keep purchase-to-pay systems running at their best Ensuring deadlines are met and controls are in place, especially around month-end and year-end Supporting audits, onboarding new properties and delivering training across our portfolio Skills and Experience: You're proactive, detail-driven and confident working with people at all levels. You'll bring: Experience in accounts payable (outsourced team experience a plus) Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectivelyA diligent approach to process, with an eye for improvement Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset Accounting qualification (or part-qualification) helpful, but not essential We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
