Building Craftsperson – Blue Sky Marketing Join us to work as a Building Craftsperson. Please note, previous applicants need not apply. The Estates Department is looking for a Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with a background preferably gained in a building services or healthcare environment. Works will also include minor painting tasks, lock maintenance, drainage clearance, and inspections. The successful applicant's primary duties will be to undertake building and minor improvement tasks across the Trust's properties and for its contracted customers, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. The applicant must have the physical ability and agility to carry out manual handling. Additional training will be provided for a successful applicant where they do not fully meet the person specification. Must have a current full UK driving licence. Responsibilities Build and maintain structural elements. Perform minor painting tasks. Maintain locks and perform lock maintenance. Clear drainage systems and conduct inspections. Undertake building and minor improvement tasks across Trust properties. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Qualifications Carpentry background, preferably in building services or healthcare environment. Physical ability and agility for manual handling. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to receive additional training if necessary.
