Role Facilities Assistant Start Date ASAP Location Gravesend (You will need to be a driver as occasional visits to other sites are required) Term Temp with the possibility of a permanent role Hours 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (35hrs per week) Salary £15.50ph - £16.50ph (£35,300k if the role is offered on a permanent basis) What You'll Do Maintain site database to ensure seamless operations Communicate with subcontractors to obtain service quotes as needed Action requirements based on site reports, ensuring everything runs like clockwork Responsible for essential services to remote sites, including Water risk assessments, Fire risk assessments, Cleaning services, Fire extinguishers Keep the remote sites calendar updated and coordinate visits Maintain records of inducted contractors for remote site access Conduct relevant training checks for site access.
