PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING SAP TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Key Responsibilities Main Office Duties: Manage inbound calls and respond to customer queries promptly. Handle quote requests and process customer orders accurately. Track and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations. Completing admin duties on SAP. Front Centre Duties: Oversee Click & Collect orders, ensuring timely preparation and handover. Serve customers over the counter with professionalism and product knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Warehouse Duties: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with stock control and inventory checks. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the warehouse. Skills & Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work across different areas of the branch. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Basic IT skills for handling quotes and orders.
