They are always there to listen and help us.”Healthcare Worker, Wellesley HospitalWhat you will be doing:You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with a range of Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important.
