About you A desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives. An experience of working within care or a strong desire and values to care for people. Fully flexible with working over all weekdays and weekends. Ready to participate in daily activities, which may include support in the person’s home and within the local area. Upholding morals, ethical standards and a respect for dignity. Ambition to progress into junior, middle and senior leadership roles. Experience in caring or working with a vulnerable adult; Care Certificate a plus.
