This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.About The RoleWe are now looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge and expand our greenfield utility-scale development projects with a specific focus on land acquisition and landowner engagement. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team. They will have a very strong bias towards action and feel comfortable generating and handling both outbound and inbound leads. They will also drive project development strategy, including site identification and origination, outreach to landowners and feasibility studies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and originate potential sites for utility-scale renewable energy projects across the UKProactively engage with landowners through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and relationship managementNegotiate land agreements and support the structuring of commercial termsConduct feasibility studies and initial assessments, collaborating with technical teams to evaluate site potentialMaintain a well-organised pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress trackingProvide insights to refine project development strategy, outreach methods, and internal processesRepresent Fuse Energy professionally in conversations with landowners, partners, and other stakeholdersWork closely with the core team to scale Fuse's greenfield project portfolio at paceRequirementsRelentless approach to business development and developing project pipelinesSome experience with outbound sales and lead generationHighly structured approach to lead generation and managementFocus on strategy improvements and process optimisationAbility to learn quickly and work independentlyExcellent written and spoken EnglishBachelor's degree from a good universityBonus:Previous experience in the energy industry and/or working with landowners in the UKBenefitsCompetitive salaryBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsDeliveroo breakfast and dinner for office-based employeesSeniorit y levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesServices for Renewable Energy #J-18808-Ljbffr
