Overview We are seeking a full‑time Locum Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to strengthen our dynamic team and help reduce waiting times for gynaecology services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patient care while working in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment. Responsibilities Lead Two‑Week Wait (2WW) Gynaecology Clinics, ensuring timely and compassionate care for patients. Perform gynaecological surgery and contribute to high‑quality outcomes in the operating theatre. Deliver hysteroscopy services, enhancing diagnostic and treatment pathways. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage the demands of a busy service and optimise patient pathways across the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System.
