You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design and delivery of infrastructure projects that respond to the challenges of urban growth, sustainability, and resilience.Your Impact In This PositionSupport the technical delivery of projects across the full lifecycle—from concept design to construction.Collaborate across disciplines, attend client meetings and site visits, and produce technical drawings and calculations that meet industry standards.Build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to progress toward chartership and beyond.What To ExpectMentorship & Support – Learn from experienced professionals and receive guidance from a dedicated technical mentor.Structured Learning – Formal training, project‑based learning, and self‑directed study.Personal Development – Technical and interpersonal training with regular feedback and reviews.Community – Induction with peers and a supportive network.Programme HighlightsCentral induction and ongoing support from line manager and mentor.In‑depth technical training plus exposure to 15 technical and 8 interpersonal topics.Quarterly development reviews to track progress.Opportunities to shadow senior colleagues and contribute to diverse projects.Your PathwayYou’ll be assigned a location, cost centre, line manager, and a ‘home’ technical discipline based on qualifications and business needs.
