This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of property matters within one of the UK's largest and most respected real estate divisions. The RoleThis role offers a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work. Responsibilities include: Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and development projects Working across sectors including retail, leisure, telecoms, banking, green energy, and social housing Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers across national offices Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegals Building and nurturing client relationships Contributing to business development and sector engagement Ensuring compliance with firm policies and information security standards Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a commercial property lawyer with: 3+ years PQE gained at a leading property practice Strong academic background and technical expertise Excellent organisational and communication skills A collaborative and proactive approach to team work Enthusiasm for career development and mentoring others Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset A genuine interest in contributing to a fast-paced, growing division Working Arrangements This role supports hybrid working, with attendance at the Taunton office at least twice a week.
