Overview We are looking for a warm, resourceful, energetic and diverse team of Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our service Forest Road in Loughborough. Forest Road is a step-through accommodation based service offering holistic support of up to seven Service Users. Responsibilities Support individual service users taking a person-centred approach to their care and support. Undertake the responsibility of being a Key Worker/Co-worker. Plan alongside members of the person's circle of support, and enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to achieve their wishes and aspirations. Set meaningful and aspirational goals and support service users to move towards those goals. Co‑produce person‑centred plans, meetings and processes with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach. Qualifications Previous experience of working with people in a recovery‑focused way who are experiencing mental health problems, in a community, residential or inpatient setting. Good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes using a person-centred recovery approach. Compensation You will be paid on a weekly basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
