Experienced Employment Solicitor - BelfastHybrid Working | Market-Leading Salary + Bonus & Excellent BenefitsA prestigious international law firm is seeking a Qualified Employment Solicitor to join their expanding Belfast team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, varied employment matters alongside the London team and colleagues across their global offices.You'll advise a wide range of blue-chip and multinational clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, transport, and retail, handling both domestic and international employment law issues.Key Responsibilities:Providing expert advice on TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and employment aspects of corporate transactionsLeading or supporting multi-jurisdictional projects such as global restructurings, compliance reviews, and policy rolloutsManaging Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and equal payDrafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and employment policiesConducting investigations into workplace grievances and whistleblowing allegationsAdvising on data privacy matters and managing data subject access requestsCandidate Profile:Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales with relevant employment law experienceDemonstrable track record of handling complex employment matters, ideally with multi-jurisdictional exposureCommercially astute, proactive, and an excellent team collaboratorStrong client relationship skills and confident communicatorWhat's on Offer:Competitive, market-leading salary and bonus package with excellent benefitsFlexible hybrid working arrangementAccess to top-tier training and career development opportunitiesWork on high-profile cases with an international client base within a supportive team environmentIf you are a skilled Employment Solicitor looking to advance your career in a global firm, this is a fantastic opportunity.
