Lab Analyst

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join a company in Cambridgeshire.
The role:
As a Laboratory Analyst you will carry out a range of chemistry analysis using techniques such as GC, GC-MS and HPLC.
Duties include:
- Set up and run various experiments to test different samples.
- Carry out GC, GC-MS, GC-FID and HPLC analysis.
- Follow SOPs and ensure work is carried out to UKAS and ISO 17025 guidelines.
- Perform instrument calibrations and troubleshooting.
Ideal candidates will be: degree qualified in a Chemistry subject and have experience of one of the following techniques: HPLC, LC-MS, GC OR GC-MS. Some previous working as an Analytical Chemist is highly desirable.
