What We’ll Offer Our Nursery Manager Free breakfast, lunch, and healthy snacks Accredited training through KP Academy and bespoke platform Enhanced leave for maternity, paternity, fertility, adoption Wellbeing goodies, staff rewards, and year‑round events Long service awards Birthday day off Competitive salary, pension plan, and enhanced holiday allowance Central support team Nursery Manager Bonus Scheme How you’ll make a difference as a Nursery Manager Manage day‑to‑day running of the nursery, ensuring delivery of high‑quality care and education in line with EYFS, Ofsted, and nursery policies Lead, mentor, and support nursery team, promote positive culture and maintain high staff performance and development Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and external agencies, supporting each child’s development and wellbeing, keep nursery prepared for Ofsted inspections Requirements Of a Nursery Manager At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification Excellent understanding of EYFS Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting Hold a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths or obtain within 2 years of starting We are unable to offer any kind of visa sponsorship for this role.
