Volkswagen Diagnostic Technician Listers Group – Volkswagen Commercial Droitwich Location: Droitwich Spa, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-timeSeniority Level: Not Applicable Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday‑Friday; 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:00 am – 1:00 pm Basic salary up to £40,000 with OTE up to £45,000 plus benefits. Role and Responsibilities Service, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop to the highest standard. Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air‑conditioning servicing. Repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles using electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on batteries, drive motors, auxiliary drive packs & control systems. Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment. Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards. Operate additional systems such as video reporting (e.g., CitNOW). Work closely with workshop team to share knowledge and continually learn. About You Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or related role within the automotive sector. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. MOT License is beneficial but not essential. Full UK driving licence. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with commitment to high‑standard work.
