The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.What You\'ll DoWe’re looking for a Creator Programs Director to lead the strategy and execution of programs that support, grow, and celebrate our creator community. In this role, you’ll design and evolve initiatives that empower creators to succeed, build partnerships and incentives that drive engagement, and ensure our programs scale alongside the company’s goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and community teams to integrate creator feedback, advocate for their needs, and represent the creator voice both internally and externally. If you’re passionate about building ecosystems where creators can thrive, we’d love to talk.In this role, you willLead a small team to maintain existing programs and programs nearing launchIdentify gaps within the Fortnite Ecosystem and define a program structure that provides a way to fill those gapsDefine an end-to-end program strategy that covers what the program is trying to accomplish, eligibility criteria, operationalization and scale, status reporting, incentives, and iteration.Drive alignment between key stakeholders to ensure resourcing and support for key creator programsWork closely with internal stakeholders to highlight product and program improvements in order to promote creator success and growthHave a strong focus on shipping programs and initiativesWhat we\'re looking forExperience in developing program strategy, production, program management, project management, or consulting with a focus on creators/gaming a plusExperience leading cross-functional teams and holding them accountable for timelines and deliverablesExperience working with people of all levels, including highly technical management teamsExperience managing shifting priorities while maintaining organization and controlExperience in presenting strategy and results to XFN/executive leadership and gaining alignmentExperience in defining and analyzing data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisionsThis role is open to multiple locations across North America and Europe (including CA & WA).Epic Life & BenefitsEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEWe pay 100% for benefits except for PMI (for dependents).
