Kennedys is seeking a dedicated Litigation Executive and Associate to joinour dynamic team in Sheffield or Manchester. This role involves working on complex and volume employers and publicliability claims, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Team Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK. The Sheffield team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoidunnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations. Clients Loss adjusters EL / PL insurers Cases Mixed value, volume cases EL / PL SME insureds Leisure and Retail industries Product liability Both pre-litigation and litigated files. Required experience Minimum of 2 years personal injury experience Litigation experience is essential preferably within EL / PL Basic policy coverage where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience.
