Competitive Salary – Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience) Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one Full door‑to‑door pay – earn from the moment you leave home 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year) Annual bonus (up to 4 %) – subject to performance What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same. What We’re Looking For Essential Valid UK driver’s licence Refrigeration engineering experience F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079) Excellent communication and time management A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness Desirable CO₂ Qualification Supermarket refrigeration experience Additional Info The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks Why Join Arcus We’re an award‑winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
