You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a resident centred, evidence based, continuous quality of care that is consistent with the values and ethics of HammondCare and the Australian Physiotherapy Association.**Please note:** This position is Permanent Part-time; 0.8FTE/4 days per week. Days worked are negotiatable.
