Collaborating with the H&S Advisor and the General Manger to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations and updates. Being proactive in seeking operational interventions to ensure compliance and improve the club's cleanliness, brand standards and safety levels. Supervising and scheduling the activities of the team ensuring Full Time Equivalent and payroll costs are controlled within budget. Championing growth and development of yourself and your team, setting clear objects, expectations and monitoring the team performance throughout the year. Promptly nurture potential and address underperformance. Fulfilling Duty Shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club. Experience Experience in operations management or a related field.
