DescriptionJoin team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the RM&C departments functions and objectives as well as the Office of Legal Obligations (OLO) and Legal & Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) programs. Leveraging this knowledge you will manage projects that support the organizations risk management strategies and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.As a Senior Project Manager within the Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) department you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects that ensure the organizations adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of compliance initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and with measurable value. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to identify risks manage resources and drive process improvements all while maintaining a strong focus on business value realization.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the planning execution monitoring and closure of multiple large-scale projects to ensure timely delivery and value realization.Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope schedule resource allocation risk management UAT training and operational updates.Manage changes to project scope and schedule using established verification techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Prepare and present regular project status reports dashboards and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.Identify assess and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle maintaining the RAID log.Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a timely manner.Allocate and manage resources effectively to drive project success.Mentor project team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Develop and execute effective stakeholder management strategies to ensure engagement and satisfaction.Partner with BAU teams to assess the impact risks and benefits of proposed changes.Required qualifications, skills and capabilitiesBachelors degree required.Relevant experience in project / program management and stakeholder engagement.Strong data management skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and visualization.Strong communication skills both verbal and writing.Ability to challenge the status quo and provide new perspectives for continuous improvement.Demonstrated skill in managing projects and problem-solving.Professional maturity and confidence in expressing viewpoints with varied stakeholders.Ability to build relationships with RM&C stakeholders to influence and drive key decisions to solve any concerns / issues.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business areas.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilitiesExperience in controls compliance operational risks and / or risk management frameworks.Additional informationEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
