Position: Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)Location: Birchwood, WarringtonHours: Part Time, Rotational shifts (Between 8:30 am-5:15 pm Monday - Friday) Training: Please note that training is full-time 09:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday - Friday for 4 weeks, then your rotating shifts will be: Week one: 8:30 - 13:00 Week two: 14:15 - 17:15 Overview HRGO is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding contact centre team in Birchwood, Warrington. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Key Duties Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.Provide accurate information about products and services.Assist in resolving customer issues and processing returns.Document customer interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications/Skills Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanour.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
