Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're expanding our team in Edinburgh and looking for a confident, organised, and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression

Handle inbound calls and route them efficiently

Keep customers informed on the status of vehicle repairs

*

Manage appointments and workshop bookings

*

Respond to general enquiries with helpful and proactive support

*

Support day-to-day administrative duties

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

*

Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

*

A positive, calm, and professional attitude under pressure

*

Automotive industry experience (desirable but not essential)
