Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Responsibilities Provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups in the community, working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. Function as an independent autonomous practitioner, using in‑depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to support and enable the district nursing team. Support care delivery to patients within the caseload in both hourly and out‑of‑hours periods. Provide skilled nursing interventions for patients within the caseload. Coordinate workload, delegate work to other staff and provide support to other members of the district nursing team. Participate in back‑shift, weekend and public holiday rota. Qualifications & Requirements Registered nurse with specialist district nursing qualification. Current driving licence. PVG Scheme Membership / Disclosure Scotland check required.
