Role DescriptionWe are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as increasingly 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street.Our Creative Studio based in NW10 has a remit to create unique, creative and artist‑led high quality installations on our street sites across the UK. The range of briefs and clients is varied and can include anything from a single 2D billboard to a full nationwide bespoke 3D build roll out – all to be produced to the highest of standards and often within the tightest of timings. We are proud to work with many brilliant clients from music, fashion, culture and lifestyle sectors. We have had a recent expansion and are now excited to be growing the team and are looking for a brilliant Production Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager you will be based in our NW10 workshop, working closely with your team scheduling builds, confirming build methods, liaising with the wider team and creating and installing creative build projects on our streets. You will be responsible for creating methodologies, sourcing materials, scheduling builds, briefing the B&I team, problem solving and ensuring that all your projects are delivered on time, seamlessly, to wonderfully high standards, while maximising efficiency and budget control.What You'll Be DoingContribute to creating industry‑leading builds renowned for artistry, craftsmanship, and ambitious execution.Work closely with the team to develop methods and materials for project solutions.Oversee the build schedule working closely with the Senior Production Manager on deliverables and deadlines.Build to allocated build budget, identifying the best quality and materials for the job that work within the budget.Adopt sustainable practices, sourcing low impact materials and deliveries and reusing materials where it is possible to do so.Maintain and share installation schedules with all relevant teams.Lead, mentor, and support the team, fostering growth and collaboration in line with our values.Ensure all staff and freelancers are trained, equipped, and compliant with company health and safety requirements.Lead, manage and maintain levels of freelance support. Managing resource to a budget and ensuring that the freelance team are performing to the standards set.Be accountable for the allocation, training, documentation and application of Builder‑Installer health and safety requirements.Attend relevant departmental meetings with a strong knowledge base to contribute on behalf of the build and install team.Supply all necessary receipts and documentation to the Administrator.Reading of design materials (CAD models), interpreting and re‑delivering technical drawings.About YouExperience of set building, preferably in a creative environment.Experience of working in an outdoor environment.Have strong knowledge of materials and build practices.Have a strong and implemented knowledge of Health and Safety practices.Experience of working at height and surrounding requirements.Experience using 3D software would be a nice to have, but not essential.Knowledge of equipment: Scissor lifts, Cherry Pickers, Scaff towers would be beneficial, but training can be provided.Previous managerial experience, leading a team.Possession of a full UK driving license required (maximum 3 points).BenefitsSalary of circa £45k plus bonus scheme to share in company success.£1k yearly London travel allowance.25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (incrementally rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service).Life Insurance and Group Income Protection with Canada Life.Flexible working – to help you achieve that all-important work‑life balance.Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Family is important to us, so we have a range of inclusive family‑friendly policies in place, including enhanced leave to support you during those important times.Our valuesAUTHENTIC – We believe that we are at our strongest and most creative when everyone can be their authentic selves.
