Deputy Manager - Children's Residential CareLocation: Dudley, West MidlandsSalary: £36,000 per annumClaire at Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well‑regarded and forward‑thinking children’s residential care provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a small, stable home rated ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted.The service supports up to five children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and behaviours that may challenge. Many of the young people use alternative communication methods such as Makaton, picture boards, and Smartbox devices. The team is committed to promoting inclusion, independence, and meaningful engagement in everyday life.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, leading and developing a team to provide exceptional, person‑centred care.
