Become a trusted guide for customers - conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.* **Store Operations**: Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. From managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities. You ensure that every aspect of store operations reflects the fun and joy that defines Claire's.* **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, manage, and provide direction and development to your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged and achieving their full potential.* **Brand Representation:** Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion-related tips and advice. Ensure your store is well-merchandised reflecting the latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.**About You*** **Sales-Driven Mindset:** You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets, always looking for ways to maximize opportunities.* **Customer-Centric Approach:** You’re passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.* **Retail & Leadership Experience:** At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.* **Confidence in Piercing Services:** Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.* **Strong Communication & Selling Skills:** You know how to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.* **Ability to Work Independently:** You’re self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.**Job Requirements*** You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.* You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.* You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience.* You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).* You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.* You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.* You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.* You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.* You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.* You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for tasks such as inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.* You are a driven team leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.* You’re self-motivated and organized, as some of our stores may require you to work alone at times.* You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends, which can contribute to enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.* You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.**Perks and Benefits*** Full-Time employees will be eligible for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance)* Generous employee discount on Claire's products* Opportunities for advancement and career development* Fun and inclusive work environment with supportive teammates**Candidate Journey**Upon submitting your application, you can expect an update within 5 days.
