Spring clean your career with Sodexo What you'll do: Carry out high-quality cleaning and sanitisation across sites, including general, vehicle and specialist areas. Follow all site-specific and company cleaning standards, schedules, and SOPs to ensure consistent excellence. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines. Maintain cleaning stores, ensure equipment is in good working order, and report any defects promptly. Adhere to all site security, emergency, and environmental procedures. Support colleagues by providing cover across different areas and shifts when required. Deliver a professional, polite, and customer-focused service at all times. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers, reporting hazards, incidents, or supply shortages. What you'll bring: Proven experience working in a professional cleaning or facilities environment. Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards (including COSHH). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Good communication and teamwork skills with a positive, flexible attitude. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work under minimal supervision. High standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and professionalism.
