We require Inspectors Drivers to appraise and deliver a variety of vehicles across the UK. Our experienced planning team will plan and offer you assignments based on your previous delivery location, availability, and licence type and we publish target moves and route plans before you accept, so you know how your day pays. We operate within DVLA trade‑plate rules (roadworthy & valid MOT) and set clear customer‑service expectations. Safety and compliance first; we require individuals with a can‑do professional attitude, patience, an eye for detail and a true understanding of what customer service is. Earnings Daily Earnings: Can range between £160‑£220 (the more vehicles you deliver, the more you earn) Weekly Potential: Range £800‑£1100+ Overnight Pay: Up to £60/night for overnight stays when applicable Increased earnings options: Increased fee for weekend work Fuel: Covered via company fuel cards Invoicing: Done for you via our simple self‑billing system Payments: Every single week - no waiting, no chasing How We’ll Support You Fuel cards provided A large pool of work sourced for you by our logistics team Flexible working days / times to suit you Support from our experienced office team 24/7 on‑call emergency and breakdown support Weekly pay via self‑billing system (no need for you to create invoices) Optional third‑party accountancy provider Requirements A full driving licence (Max 6 penalty points & with no DR/CD/DD/TT99 endorsement codes) A valid driver CPC and Digi‑tacho card Right to work in the UK and ability to pass a DBS check Overnight flexibility The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner and a commitment to providing excellent customer service Comfortable using public transport between jobs and walking 1–3 miles as needed Vehicle inspection experience would be an advantage, this is not a necessity, as we offer full training New to Self‑Employment? We can offer access to a trusted 3rd party accountancy provider to help you navigate this, and more detail will be provided during our online induction programme. Every day is different at Vmoves – new vehicles, new routes, and new people to meet. But here’s a glimpse into what a week in the life of a trade‑plate inspector driver might look like: Week in the Life Monday Make independent travel arrangements to first collection. Inspect the vehicle and record condition and images on the inspection app. After delivery, head to next assignment or stay overnight near the next day’s collection location (home or hotel). Tuesday to Friday Inspect – Collect – Deliver – Earn – Repeat. Collect, inspect and deliver vehicles across the UK from major cities to rural countryside. Record details using the app – simple and fast. Stay overnight or return home – movement offered will advise you the plan, and depending where you live and your availability, you may be out overnight up to 3‑4 nights per week.
