This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Outsourced Business Services team as an Accounts Manager.In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate clients, providing expert accounting and corporate reporting services. You’ll work closely with Partners, Directors, and audit teams, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a centre of excellence for financial reporting.This is an ideal role for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys client-facing responsibilities and is looking to develop their leadership skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients with complex financial reporting needsOversee the preparation of financial statements under FRS 102 and IFRSCollaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure smooth processesProvide technical accounting advice and guidance to clientsLead transition projects including revenue recognition and lease accountingDraft technical reports and memorandums on complex accounting issuesMentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growthDrive client relationships and identify opportunities for additional servicesManage WIP, billing, and overall financials for your client portfolioAbout You:ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRSExperience in corporate financial reporting and group consolidationsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused approachHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlinesExperience in a Top 10 or Big 4 firm is desirable but not essentialProficiency in Excel and Caseware is a plusWhat’s on Offer:A supportive, people-first culture that values work-life balanceFlexible, hybrid working arrangements to suit your lifestyleA wide range of clients, offering variety and career progression opportunitiesOngoing training, professional development, and leadership pathwaysCompetitive benefits including private medical, enhanced leave policies, and pension contributionsWellbeing initiatives, volunteering days, and a vibrant social calendarReady to take the next step in your accounting career?
