Your Role and Responsibilities Take ownership of your success as a trusted Specialist Mortgage Advisor, acting as the main point of contact throughout your clients’ mortgage journeys. Your day-to-day will include: Building and nurturing long-term broker relationships to drive business growth. Managing the full client journey from application through to successful completion. Advising on capital raising products and expertly packaging specialist mortgage cases. Conducting thorough underwriting, affordability assessments, and ensuring meticulous compliance and case documentation. Consistently hitting and exceeding financial and performance targets. Who We Are Looking For You are a highly motivated, commercially-minded professional with: CeMAP 1, 2, and 3 qualifications (essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics. Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and coolness under pressure. The drive and commercial awareness to generate new business. Integrity, professionalism, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
