We are on the look out for an Employee Relations (ER) Co-ordinator to join our People TeamAs Employee Relations Co-ordinator you will provide accurate, timely and proactive administrative support to the Employee Relations function, enabling the effective management of ER activity across the business.Working closely with the Employee Relations Manager, you will help to prepare and maintain case records, reports and data insights, contributing to risk mitigation, compliance and informed decision-making.
