Senior Electrical Projetc Manager

MK Search are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £400m and a strong presence across sectors who are looking for a senior electrical project manager to join their team on a brand new data centre project they have secured in Hemel Hempstead. They will act as Principal Contractor on the scheme with full ownership of the £97m package. As the Electrical Lead, you will report directly to the site-based Project Director and oversee all electrical delivery activities. You'll manage a team of Electrical Engineers and Electrical Construction Managers, ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead the electrical package across the project lifecycle, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and construction managers. Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and installation quality. Collaborate closely with the mechanical and project leadership teams to ensure seamless MEP integration. Drive programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
