Overview Technical Presales Consultant 3 days a week on-site in Manchester Permanent Position Responsibilities Lead technical discover sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirements Help design and propose solutions that align with business objectives Support with pre-sales tasks including proposal development, RFP responses etc. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment Contribute to ongoing improvement of pre-sales practices Build strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and best practices Technical Requirements Broad understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Data Protection Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role with proven ability to conduct technical discovery calls Proven ability to connect technical solutions with business challenges Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Please apply or contact Olivia at Olivia@ecsgrp.co.uk / 01676545407 to discuss in further detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
