Location: Oxford, GB Company: oxfordbiom About the Role As the ERP Product Owner (IFS), you will provide strategic leadership for the IFS product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, timely and high‑quality delivery, and adherence to GMP compliance standards where needed. Responsibilities Serve as the internal & external expert within OXB for the UK’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Partner with business process owners to understand requirements Own the solution strategy for the ERP system Maintain and develop simple configuration for the ERP system Lead the OXB IFS community regarding planned ERP system update activities Collaborate between multiple departments to ensure ERP functionality and benefits are realised by the business Collaborate with Validation and Quality Assurance leads in the preparation and execution of system changes Ensure Quality Management and Validation requirements are met within delivery of Good Practice (GxP) projects Qualifications A degree in Software Development, Life Sciences or equivalent work experience Experience working with an ERP system in a regulated industry; GxP experience is essential Experience with upgrading from an IFS Apps version to IFS Cloud (preferred) Experience managing complex stakeholder needs and translating what is possible to system requirements Readiness to play a key role within the IS Team and cross‑departmentally to ensure that IFS and other GxP systems are effectively improved Ability to prioritise and plan the implementation of work About Us OXB is a quality and innovation‑led CDMO with over 30 years of experience in viral vectors, driving the majority of gene therapies.
