Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward, including line management responsibility for the branch team.Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources and customer service within the branch to ensure we hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs.Daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment – our people are our most valuable asset.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front to drive a safety‑first culture.Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values.Promote a customer‑focused mindset within the branch.Work collaboratively with field‑based teams to maximize customer opportunity.Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am‑4pm.
