Team Member Peak Season (Stock) - Blackburn Townsmoor (N107549) 9 hours per week: Mon 17:00‑20:00; Tue 09:00‑12:00; Sat 12:30‑15:30 About the Role: Temporary and flexible in‑store stock team for our busiest season. We’re hiring during the lead‑up to Christmas through the End of Season Winter Sale. You’ll help keep the store stocked and customers satisfied. Responsibilities: Accurately process stock to a high standard – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size‑cubing, and putting stock away Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of the store Replenish the sales floor to ensure it's always fully stocked and looking great Meet deadlines to deliver on time for our customers Keep stockrooms and other operational areas clean, tidy, and well‑organised Support across all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor Offer fast, friendly service at all times, helping customers find exactly what they need Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers Take ownership of your own development and learning Key Dates: Wednesday 24th December Saturday 27th December (our biggest sale day) Sunday 28th December (potentially) About You: Confident speaking to customers and happy to help A team player who stays calm and focused when it’s busy Quick to learn and willing to try new things Self‑motivated, positive, and dependable Well‑presented and proud to be part of the team In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
