Proactively manage document checklists, monitor compliance and deadlines, and serve as a central point of contact for transaction stakeholders. Sound understanding of legal documentation, transaction management, and compliance processes. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently, exercising sound judgement and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build constructive relationships at all levels.
