Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant | Placing specialist Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury talent into Top Tier law firms nationally Clinical Negligence - Solicitor - Hybrid - Leeds - up to £70,000 The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. Experience of handling birth injury / maternity claims is also preferred. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm. This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care. The Candidate Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (NQ - 8 years PQE) Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal Supervision experience is preferred but not essential Prioritise and manage a varied caseload Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail Excellent client care skills The Benefits & How to Apply Competitive basic salary, up to £70,000, depending on experience Generous annual bonus 35 days annual including bank holidays and Christmas Closure Hybrid and flexible working Long/good service awards Private medical insurance Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
